"Not really my kind of taproom"
I stopped in hoping for a chill spot to hang out, it ended up feeling loud and crowded instead. The seating was kind of awkward, and the place had a cold vibe that just didn’t feel very welcoming. I didn’t stay long.

"Beer selection was underwhelming"
The beer choices were kind of weak. There wasn’t much variety, and the selection felt boring overall. I also tried emailing with a question and the replies felt like they were written by robots, which didn’t really help the experience.

"Decent, but a bit overpriced"
It’s not a bad product, and it does have a couple of nice things going for it, but for the price I expected a lot more. I just don’t feel like it’s worth the money overall.

"I was hoping this would be one..."
I was hoping this would be one I’d enjoy, so I was disappointed when it just didn’t taste right to me. The flavor came across kind of stale and off, and one of the beers tasted flat as soon as I opened it. I didn’t get that fresh hop flavor or clean finish I was expecting, just a harsh bitterness that made it hard to enjoy. Maybe it works for other people, but based on how it made me feel while drinking it, I wouldn’t buy it again

"The beer advice was a disaster"
I asked the staff a few basic questions about the beers, it felt like I had asked them to explain rocket science. They kept giving answers that turned out to be wrong, and after a while I was way more annoyed than I expected to be. Not the end of the world, obviously, but wow, it made ordering a beer feel unnecessarily stressful

"Pretty disappointing meal"
I stopped in for a quick burger and fries, and it was a letdown. The burger was really dry, like it had been sitting around too long, and the fries were already cold by the time I started eating them. I was hungry too, so I wanted to like it, but it just wasn’t worth the money. Even my soda had more going for it than the food.

"Online ordering was kind of a mess"
I tried ordering through the website and it was frustrating. The checkout kept freezing or getting stuck, and then the confirmation email didn’t show up until way later. I also couldn’t really tell when my order was supposed to be ready or shipped or whatever. The beer might be great, but the online ordering side of things was just not really worth the hassle for me.

"Am I the only one who..."
Am I the only one who felt like the music was just too loud? The band showed up late, the sound quality wasn’t great, and it was basically impossible to have a conversation without yelling. I wanted to enjoy it, but the volume made the whole experience frustrating.

"My last order felt overpriced"
Maybe I’m judging it a little hard because my most recent order is still fresh in my mind, but the prices just felt way too high for what I got. I was expecting better value, and instead I left feeling like I paid more than it was worth. it kind of turned me off from ordering again.

"Support made me feel brushed off"
I reached out to Maui Brewing Co support twice about an issue with my order, and both times I basically just got the automatic email and then nothing. When I did try to follow up, the whole experience made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of actually helped. I wasn’t asking for much, just a simple update, so it was frustrating. Definitely left me with a bad impression of how they treat customers.

"Beer Didn't Taste Fresh"
I was really looking forward to having a cold beer, but when I tried it, it just didn’t taste fresh to me. It had that old, kind of flat flavor, like it had been sitting around too long. Not the best experience, unfortunately.

"Nice view, if you’re willing to make the trek"
The view was decent, I’ll give it that, but getting there wasn’t exactly convenient. The location felt far out, so unless you really enjoy going out of your way for an okay view, just something to keep in mind.

"Reservation didn’t help"
Booked a table online, showed up, and still waited almost an hour. The staff seemed kind of confused about it and no one really seemed bothered. I wouldn’t bother making a reservation there again.

"Felt a Bit Small for the Price"
I went in hungry and left still feeling like I could eat more. The food itself was fine, nothing terrible, but based on what I ordered, the portion felt really small for the price.
My plate just looked kind of half empty, and my friend felt the same about theirs, though maybe we just happened to pick the wrong dishes. I can’t say it’s always like that, but from this visit, it felt more like a snack than a full meal, so I probably wouldn’t go back for food.

"Service was painfully slow"
We were really looking forward to eating here, but the service was so slow it kind of killed the mood. We waited ages before anyone even came over, and then the food took forever after that. The food itself was fine, nothing terrible, but by the time it arrived we were already frustrated. I also tried emailing afterward and it felt like I got some generic robot response, which didn’t help. Overall, not the best experience

"Buying a shirt shouldn’t be this disappointing"
I ordered a Maui Brewing shirt thinking it would be a simple, decent merch purchase, but the quality was really not great. It felt super thin as soon as I took it out of the package, and after just one wash it shrank in a weird way and the print started looking cracked. For the price, I expected way better. getting a basic t-shirt shouldn’t feel this hard. I wouldn’t buy their merch again.

"Not the best experience for me"
I thought I’d enjoy checking out Maui Brewing Co more, but the whole experience just felt a bit messy, messy in a way that made it hard to stay interested. The site was kind of annoying to use, and the info felt scattered all over the place. I kept clicking around and around, but nothing really made me want to buy anything. Maybe other people won’t mind it, but for me it was frustrating and not something I’d come back to.
